מקום היחיד שהוא נטו אשטנגה לפי המסורת עם חווית תרגול מיוחדת. מאיה היא מורה מאד מאד מאד מנוסה עם גישה אישית לכל תלמיד. מרגיש במקום הכי נכון לתרגל אשטנגה בשבילי.

ממליצה בחום על הבית השני שלי בעיר. מרגע שיורדים במדרגות, ניתן בקלות להתנתק מהרחוב שלמעלה ולהתחבר לאנרגיה שמציפה את המקום :) מומלץ למי שמעוניין לתרגל אשטנגה מסורתית, אמיתית. לא תמצאו כאן תחרותיות מי מרחף גבוה יותר, אבל כן תמצאו פה מקצועיות ברמה הגבוה ביותר והעמקה למדיטציה שבתרגול תוך שמירה על איזון בין כוח לגמישות. 🙏🏼👌🏽 I warmly recommend my second home in town. From the moment you go down the stairs, you can easily break away from the street above and connect to the energy that fills the place :) It is recommended for those who wish to practice traditional Ashtanga. You will not find competition who’s hovering higher, but you will find here the highest level of professionalism and deepening meditation practice while maintaining a good balance between strength and flexibility. 🙏 👌
